We value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy. We need a minimum of 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. Valid Credit or Debit card information and authorization of the person scheduling the appointment is required at the time of scheduling services $20.00 and up. $1.00 will be charged to your Credit or Debit card upon scheduling your appointment. The full amount will be charged on the day of your appointment. For group bookings and special packages, a non refundable advance deposit will be required. As your services are guaranteed reservations for you, full payment will be automatically charged to credit card or debit card on file for:
- Less than 24 hour notification to cancel an appointment
- Less than 48 hour notification to cancel spa packages
- Less than 72 hours notification for group bookings
- No-show or missed appointments
Same Day Policy:

The full amount will be charged at the time of your appointment. When scheduling your appointment within 24 hours, changes, cancellations and no shows are subject to 100% charge. Charges will be automatically posted to credit or debit card on file at the time of the service.
Late Arrivals:
Please note that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the service, with full charges applied, so as not to be of inconvenience to clients after you. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.
